Algenol

During my time with Algenol Biotech, I had a large role in the procurement and design of a 2-acre demo plant and a 22-acre commercial plant that produced FDA regulated food dye from phycocyanin (athrospirulina) algae.  The end product was used for nutraceuticals, plant-based meat, cosmetics, etc.
